About The Book

The Gospel of Leadership shows how leadership is the key to staying grounded in purpose.

This book walks you through three steps: discovering truth, putting it into practice, and multiplying your impact.

It breaks leadership down into six areas—mental, physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual—showing how your character shapes each one and how each affects the way you lead others.

Using the picture of a fine dining experience, the book reimagines leadership. A true leader is both host and servant—guiding the moment while also feeding the potential of those they serve.

Meet The Author

Leadership has been my classroom, my testing ground, and my calling. For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles across education, business, and community life. Through those experiences, I’ve learned that leadership is not about position, but about purpose — and the ability to multiply that purpose in others.

The Gospel of Leadership was born out of a conviction: that true leadership is service, and that the quality of leadership we receive shapes the purpose we pursue. My hope is that this book doesn’t just inform you, but transforms the way you see yourself as a leader — not as someone chasing titles, but as a servant bridge to someone else’s destiny.

I wrote this as both a guide and a reflection tool. It’s filled with lessons, stories, and practical insights that I pray will challenge you to evaluate yourself honestly and lead with humility, conviction, and faith. Leadership is not discovered in isolation — it’s sustained in community, in service, and in God’s calling on our lives.

Thank you for allowing me to share this journey with you. May this book awaken your leadership and multiply your impact.
